Financial / Insurance Policies
We do accept health insurance. We will be more than happy to verify your benefits, review the information with you, then submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your plan. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. Payment is expected at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card. Cash Patients- There are 45 million+ Americans without health insurance coverage. Fortunately for those without insurance, Chiropractic is very affordable, especially at Family Chiropractic. We have never turned anyone away because of their financial situation!
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient.
